It is important when publishing music on digital platforms through Indiefy with the intention of monetizing that everything related to intellectual property is in order. To do this, all the material you upload must be your property or have the necessary permits to be able to distribute your content and receive the corresponding royalties (otherwise any income generated might be lost).
Any content that contravenes or infringes copyright may be reopened, rejected or removed.
If your release has been reopened for this reason it is likely that you will need to provide licenses, particularly in cases where you make covers, use third-party tracks (free beats, or purchased beats) or samples. These licenses can be provided to us by filling out this form.
If you bought a license, you must attach the corresponding document. On the other hand, if it is free for commercial use, you must specify the source in detail to verify that it is so to monetize your digital music distribution.
