The connection between the artist profile and the releases is made by the stores themselves, and sometimes mistakes happen because this process is automatized.

- Select "artist" option (or what manager if is the case)
- Select "my music is on Spotify" option Search and select the profile where is your music (the wrong artist profile)
- In the option "What do you need help for?" select "There's music in the wrong artist profile"
- Give them a little brief about your problem. example: I need a new artist profile
Simply follow the steps in the e-mail. If those don't help, as stated in this e-mail as well, reply with the information that they requested. Between 24 and 48 hrs you will receive another e-mail with your new artist profile.
